This is what Hilarie and I did the other day for our work out:
Each exercise is 20 seconds work, with 10 seconds recovery, * 8 sets. Therefore each exercise takes 4 minutes to do, you then take a 1 minute break, and move the the next exercise
1. Single Arm Kettle Bell Clean & Press (alternating arm each set = 4 sets per arm) 20 lbs.
2. High Knee Run in place
3. Weighted Squat Jumps 20 lbs.
4. Mountain Climbers
5. Alternating KB swings 30 lbs.
6. Barbell Biceps Curl 30 lbs.
7. KB Overhead Triceps Extension 20 lbs.
